Overview
An endline evaluation of the Mother and Child Friendly Certification initiative implemented in tea plantations to promote safe, equitable, and child-friendly working environments. The evaluation assessed the effectiveness, sustainability, and impact of the certification model, with particular focus on private sector engagement, workplace practices, and institutional ownership within plantation settings.

- Mixed-methods endline evaluation combining quantitative and qualitative approaches
